I bought a carrier from Pet Lovers Centre based on their claim that it “meets IATA standards” and is meant for air travel. The carrier I received does not meet IATA requirements. No airline will approve it, and using an incorrect carrier can create unnecessary risks for animals traveling by plane.

Even though the product was unused and the issue was with their description, Pet Lovers Centre refused to issue a refund.

I’m sharing my experience so others won’t run into the same problem. Our pets’ safety shouldn’t depend on fine print.
