The shop was responsive and patient when we reached out via WhatsApp to enquire about the type of hamster we were looking for. When we visited, the shop was well-stocked, and the staff were attentive and helpful with all our questions. We truly appreciated the excellent service and would highly recommend them. Also it was great that we could use CDC vouchers to offset some of the costs šš»

The store is well stocked, and pets there are well taken care of. It was a great experience. A big thank you to the staff and owner!

JT was helpful and patient with all my questions and clearly knew what he was talking about. The hamsters are well kept and clearly taken care of.
They were responsive over text when I asked questions before going down, and when I arrived everything was already prepared, which made the process smooth.
Would definitely recommend Pet Fables to anyone looking to get a hamster from a place that actually cares.
