We got our kitten Mochi from Bella at Catsnco, and the experience has been reassuring and positive from start to finish.
Bella was patient in answering all our questions about Mochi’s breeding background, health tests, vaccinations, and care routine. Both parents were DNA tested and cleared for FeLV and FIV, which gave us confidence in her health foundation. She also provided a clear adoption policy and a short post-adoption health check window for extra assurance, which we appreciated as responsible pet owners.
What stood out most was the time she took to walk us through diet, grooming, and transition advice. Bella also gave us advice on how to introduce Mochi with our rabbit, and that guidance helped us feel more prepared and less anxious during the adjustment period.
Mochi came home well-socialized, gentle, and healthy. It’s obvious she was raised in a caring environment.

She never rushed us or chased us away even after our appointment time ended, understanding that bonding with a cat takes time.
CatsnCo also provided a starter kit when we brought Ash home, which included all the essentials (toys, food, and even a litter box) making the transition much easier for us. What truly stood out was Bella’s care even after we brought Ash home; she continues to check in on us and replies immediately whenever we have questions.

When my kitten fell sick, they didn’t just brush it off, they were supportive and even offered medicine and guidance to help with recovery. That level of after-sales care gave me a lot of reassurance as a new pet owner.

We recently welcomed two British Shorthairs into our family from Cats & Co. First our golden lilac boy, Daemon(now Jimmy), and later our golden bicolour girl, Muffin(now Kim). They have truly brought so much joy into our home.

Instead, she gave my husband and me all the time and space we needed to bond with the kittens and find the right fit for our family.
We even brought our baby daughter to visit, just to make sure she wasn’t allergic and that everything felt comfortable. Bella was incredibly understanding and supportive throughout the process, which meant a lot to us as first-time cat pawrents.
We’ve visited several catteries before making our decision, but Cats & Co was the only place that gave me that reassuring feeling of “this is the one.” It felt right.
