Despite being very busy with the Christmas holiday buys from customers, they have shown patience and excellent customer service especially Francis. I have been a loyal shopper of Catsmart since their very first outlet in Jalan Leban. I have met Francis in Loyang Point, Bedok and now at East Coast. His genuine and sincere care to his customers and their fur babies made him an outstanding not just as a staff but friends to the customers.

huge pet store with varieties of selection for cats and dogs. easy to navigate to the store from the city. bought few treats and cats collars that is not available in malaysia. overall recommended if you’re in need of pet items and food.
